ADHD Resources

I was going to make my own comprehensive inventory of resources, but so many have done an amazing job at collecting and organizing information, I figured why try to reinvent the wheel, and why not just put the spotlight on these incredible creators and helping professionals.

The two websites I’m linking are from therapist and coach Bobbi-Jo Molokken and therapist Dr. Christine Henry.  I also list some resources that are either not included on their websites (at the time of writing this), or that I wanted to highlight as personal favorites.

  • ADHD & Eating

  • ADHD & Sleep

  • ADHD & Autism

  • ADHD & Relationships

  • Parenting ADHD

  • Children’s Books Featuring Characters with ADHD Traits

Executive Skills Questionnaire - The Executive Skills Questionnaire (ESQ) is designed to rank your executive skills. Clicking on the link will bring you to the Embrace Autism website, which gives comprehensive evaluation of all the different Autism and ADHD assessments listed.  This link provides a version that may be easier to fill out online.  The questionnaire was developed for children, but is still beneficial for ADHD adults, despite the child-targeted examples in the literature.
